To address inventory management challenges, Printfection conducted research, gathering insights from user interviews and internal stakeholders. This led to the development of features like customizable email notifications, an intuitive inventory levels page, and real-time alert messages. Usability testing and iterative improvements ensured effectiveness before the feature's full implementation. Comprehensive documentation and training materials accompanied the rollout to ensure smooth adoption by both customers and internal teams.
